Lead Graphic Designer (AI Image & Video)

Xorora is looking for a creative and hands‑on Team Lead to drive our visual content. We want someone who lives and breathes AI-powered design and can lead a team to ship high-quality work at speed.

If you can generate stunning visuals with tools like Google Nano Banana Pro, produce polished video with Kling AI, and you know how to guide a team to do the same, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers and content creators
• Own the visual direction for Xorora across images, video, and motion
• Produce and oversee AI-generated images (Google Nano Banana Pro) and videos (Kling AI) for marketing, social, and product
• Set workflows, quality standards, and turnaround expectations for the team
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to turn briefs into finished assets
• Stay ahead of new AI tools and bring the best ones into our pipeline
