Lead Engineering Manager (Geotech) Perform geotechnical analysis and design for: Intake well structures and associated foundations Shallow and deep foundations (open and pile foundations) Retaining structures (gravity, precast, and shoring systems) Reinforced earth walls/slopes and embankments Slope stability assessments for cuttings, embankments, and waterfront structures Pavement subgrade and foundation systems Develop safe and cost-effective foundation recommendations based on site conditions and soil investigation data. Conduct and interpret ground investigation results and recommend suitable ground improvement techniques. Prepare and review detailed technical deliverables including: Design calculations Drawings and specifications Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Review and validate designs and drawings prepared by internal teams and external vendors.
