The role Lead Full Stack Platform Engineer (React · Node.js · AWS · Bootstrap Design System). Remote. Full-time or contract.
What you will own▸ Bootstrap theme governance — one shared CSS file, no drift, Figma-to-code discipline▸ React frontend — component libraries, Core Web Vitals, onboarding flows, dashboards▸ Node.js backend — API architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, Web Sockets▸ Data layer — schema design, ETL pipelines, sub-20ms query performance▸ Platform reliability — auth, RBAC, monitoring, auto-scaling, security▸ AI-assisted development — using Cursor, Copilot, and Claude effectively with engineering judgment
