Job Description
Take charge as a Foreman with Brandt Tractor Ltd in Surrey, focusing on directing service teams and optimizing workflow in the Service Department. Your goal will be achieving maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
This leadership position involves mentoring Service Technicians and advising the Service Manager on training requirements. You'll ensure the organization of work, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with customers. Previous heavy equipment experience, particularly with John Deere, is preferred.
