Job Responsibilities

Lead Fire Alarm Dispatcher
is responsible for supervising the operations of the Fire Alarm Dispatch Team, ensuring the timely and appropriate dispatch of emergency responses. The role includes monitoring fire alarms, medical emergencies, and detection systems while ensuring adherence to operational standards. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leading the dispatch team by providing oversight, supervision, and guidance to fellow fire alarm dispatchers.
Ensuring all dispatchers are properly trained to execute their duties effectively and in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
