Job Description
**About the Role:**
As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of routine and complex Accounts Payable (AP) import invoices in accordance with the client company's policies and procedures. Build strong relationships with business partners by resolving escalated inquiries efficiently and serving as a liaison between banks, vendors, and merchants. Generate reports, ensure department deadlines are met, and support operational excellence through training, mentoring, and leading import finance activities to achieve productivity and performance goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Review and process import invoices for Letters of Credit (LC), Open Account (OA), wire transfers, and ACH payments, resolving discrepancies and ensuring policy compliance.
