JOB PURPOSE
To ensure implementation of ESG standards in Bajaj Electricals. To train subordinates & workers to complete work on time with zero accidents and ensuring sustainability compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring & implementation of ESG key performance indicators.
- Implementation of ESG management system aligned with GRI, UNs standards.
- Collection and compilation of ESG & BRSR data for all locations and support in preparing annual ESG reports.
- Development & Implementation of employee and stakeholders’ engagement programs.
