We are looking for a Lead Engineer to head a high-performing squad.
This isn't just a coding role; you will be the technical compass of the team, setting the tone for deliverables, mentoring peers, and driving best practices in Data Engineering and Architecture.
Your Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Act as the lead authority within the squad, reviewing code and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.
Strategy & Best Practices: Advance the squad towards modern engineering standards and scalable data architectures.
Bridging the Gap: Translate complex technical topics for non-technical analysts and team members.
Advisory: Partner with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) to provide strategic advice to business stakeholders.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
Language: Native-level or Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
Seniority: Proven experience leading engineering teams and advising on architectural decisions.
