Detailed Description
- Lead the entire sustaining and NPI activity.
- Debug/troubleshooting the failure board to find out the defect/cause.
- Document all aspects of testing, including the tests conducted and the briefing to technicians.
- Communicate with customers for test related issue.
- Perform software modifications for the engineering changes (ECN).
- Coordinate the customer instrument calibration on the functional tester.
- Work with the CFT team for the 4M, EC, NPI meeting.
- Maintain the tester spare part inventory.
- Improve the test coverage to enhance test detection.
