Job Description
Everllence Zurich leads in high‑tech electrical machine development. We seek a Team Lead to guide a skilled engineering team through design, industrialization and product lifecycle of high‑speed motors.
You will shape the R&D roadmap and collaborate across PM, manufacturing and procurement to deliver ambitious projects. You have 5+ years in industrial development with proven leadership, fluency in German and English, and a Master’s in Engineering.
