Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Emerging Middle Market Business Development Representative for clients with annual revenue of $25MM to $100MM supporting the Houston market as part of the Commercial Bank. **In this role, you will:**

+ Identify, source, and engage complex prospects through both cold and warm outreach strategies, leading the team in developing approaches that generate new, profitable Commercial Banking relationships within the $25โ€“$100MM revenue segment
+ Lead complex market planning and strategic growth initiatives by conducting competitive analyses, leveraging business and analytics tools, and applying market insights to identify highโ€‘potential opportunities across the region
