Hiring: Lead Electrical Engineer – Data Centre Critical Operations

Mikkeli, Finland | Full-time | Site-based

We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of critical electrical infrastructure within a large-scale, 24/7 data centre environment in Finland.

This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and highly available electrical operations across all mission-critical systems, while working closely with mechanical and site leadership teams.

Key focus areas include:

• Operation and reliability of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and distribution systems
• Electrical change control, maintenance planning, and execution in live environments
• Incident response, fault finding, and root cause analysis
• Electrical monitoring systems (EPMS), trending, and performance optimisation
• Coordination of vendors, contractors, and commissioning activities...
