Job Description
Key Accountabilities
1. SUPERVISION, CONSTRUCTION, TEST AND TRIALS MANAGEMENT
- Lead, plan and review technical specifications, shipbuilding contract and other project documents and perform drawing approval, etc. on E&I/DP aspects of the newbuilding projects to continuously optimize shipboard operational efficiently and safety, compliance to all legislation and fully meeting Company’s standards and quality on vessel’s safety, reliability, maintainability and cost effectiveness.
- Lead, plan, and manage the supervision of construction activities of buildings on areas of E&I/DP to ensure conformance to regulatory requirements, classification society rules, and building specifications.
- Advice and recommend on technical matters pertaining to E&I/DP and construction during times of crisis to prevent accidents and reduce damage to assets and the environment.
