Job Description
The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through proactive outreach such as email campaigns, cold calling, social engagement, and other demand generation channels. The primary focus is to build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities by understanding prospect needs, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up meetings or demos for the Sales team.
This role plays a key part in accelerating revenue growth , ensuring seamless handoff of high-quality leads to Sales Managers, and contributing to the overall success of our go-to-market strategy.
