The Lead Developer will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise order management capabilities built on IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud (OMoC) v10. xx. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on configuration and development experience to ensure scalable, efficient, and reliable order management functionality across an omni-channel retail ecosystem. The Lead Developer will partner with the Project Management team to align technical execution with delivery timelines and will collaborate closely with vendor development teams to ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and architectural principles.
