Responsibilities
Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies including daily standup, sprint planning, review, demo and refinement. Collaborate with Product Owners, PO development leads and other stakeholders to refine user stories and provide technical insights. Estimate user stories and guide junior developers during refinement and sprint planning. Translate user stories into high quality technical designs and tasks. Implement user stories with clean, maintainable and scalable code while mentoring team members. Apply DevSecOps practices within the CI/CD pipeline including use of SonarQube and Snyk for automated security scanning, SAST, dependency vulnerability checks and secrets management to prevent vulnerabilities, code smells and technical debt. Design and write comprehensive unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability. Conduct thorough code reviews providing feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
