Lead Design System Engineer A fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a Lead Design System Engineer to drive design system architecture, strategy, and vision, partnering closely with Design and Product teams to impact the entire product experience. Responsibilities Lead the evolution of the Kaizen B2 B design system, overseeing architecture, component quality, documentation, and adoption. Drive accessibility improvements, including keyboard navigation, ARIA compliance, and mobile interactions. Own governance and standards to minimize redundancy, ensure consistency, and enable product teams to build with the system. Progressively extend ownership to B2 C web (white‑label meta design system) and React Native mobile systems. Define strategies to make design systems AI‑ready, including machine-readable structures and agent-friendly naming conventions.
