Job Description
Descon Engineering Limited is seeking a Lead Design E&I . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Electrical & Instrumentation design, PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, and industrial automation for boiler, power, or oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review E&I design deliverables, including panel drawings, wiring diagrams, cable layouts, and cable schedules.
- Develop PLC, DCS, and SCADA control logic and I/O assignments.
- Prepare BOMs, instrument hook-up drawings, earthing schemes, and engineering documentation.
- Select and specify field instruments, control valves, flow meters, analyzers, and related equipment.
- Design LV/MV power distribution systems, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and automation panels.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, CSA, NEMA, ATEX, and other applicable standards.
- Support Burner Management System (BMS) design and implementation.
