Job Description
Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Lead Deckhand for a 50m+ Private Motor Yacht
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: DOE (Competitive, based on experience)

Qualifications
- STCW
- ENG1
- Powerboat Level 2
- Yachtmaster (preferred)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience on 50m+ motor yachts
- Strong tender driving and guest transfer experience
- Jet tender experience is an advantage
- Confident with mooring, anchoring, washdowns, detailing, teak care, stainless steel polishing and general deck maintenance
- Fluent English
- Schengen visa or legal right to work in Europe preferred
