Job Description
A fast-growing fintech scale-up is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive data-led decision-making across credit risk and pricing, lead a small team, and play a key role in shaping their AI strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of two data scientists
- Support development of credit risk and pricing models
- Perform ad hoc analysis and advise stakeholders across Credit Risk, Pricing, Product, and Engineering
- Assess and shape the company’s approach to AI
- Be hands-on when needed, though this is not a deeply technical role
