Join our team as a Full-Time Lead Data Coordinator & Analyst!
UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is hiring a Lead Data Coordinator & Analyst to support our Transplant Services team. The Lead Data Coordinator & Analyst will provide leadership through education and oversight of department data coordinators by gathering, entering, and ensuring the accuracy of data. They will work closely with internal and external customers to ensure data is accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position will work Monday through Friday, daylight shifts.
This position will offer the ability to work a hybrid schedule after an orientation period. Scheduling can be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and update departmental databases with accurate, verified data
+ Supervise data coordinators; manage dashboards and executive reports
+ Document departmental procedures and regulatory resources
