Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Data Lead to join our Housing and Communities team.

As our directorate’s technical lead for all things data, insight, and performance across housing, communities, and estate services. You’ll have a key role in using data to strengthen customer outcomes, deliver efficiencies, and ensure a seamless, integrated customer journey.

This is your opportunity to make an impact by leading a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement, to support transformation and strategic planning.

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
