🚀 Lead Coordinator/Hubspot & Apollo.io CRM Speciliast (Remote | EST Hours)
Are you a hands-on marketer who thrives on owning campaigns from idea to execution? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Lead Coordinator to lead multi-channel lead generation initiatives and directly impact firm growth.
In this role, you’ll manage email, LinkedIn, SMS, and paid advertising campaigns; optimize lead nurture workflows in HubSpot and Apollo; oversee pipeline and CRM processes; and leverage analytics to continually improve performance.
We’re especially interested in professionals with experience marketing for accounting, CPA, tax, bookkeeping, or financial services firms. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience, excels at marketing automation and campaign management, and is comfortable working independently during EST business hours.
