Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join the SEA Consumer Technical team in Malaysia. You will lead a team of technical staff to design, formulate, and test coating products for kitchen appliances and to troubleshoot existing formulations, ensuring robust performance against customer specs.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field, 8+ years in coating formulation (5+ years for master’s), and strong English; Chinese language is a plus.
