Job Description
Become a Lead Coach with KidStrong, focusing on child development and team management. This role combines coaching duties and leadership to deliver a 5-star member experience.
As the Lead Coach, you'll report to the General Manager and manage roughly 25 coaching hours weekly across five days. Your primary goal is to onboard and develop superstar coaches while ensuring high member retention. You'll work on evaluating candidates, creating effective team groupings, and fostering a world-class lobby atmosphere for families.
Key Responsibilities:
