Job Description
Elevate member experiences as a Lead Coach at KidStrong, where you will guide a dynamic team in developing young talent. This hands-on role requires coaching 25 hours a week over five days.
As the Lead Coach, you will oversee the onboarding and development of new coaching staff while ensuring high member retention through exceptional experiences. You will work closely with the General Manager to enhance coaching pairings and conduct regular evaluations of existing coaches. Passionate leadership and a commitment to excellence are essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
