Job Description
Elevate your carpentry career as a Lead Carpenter and Site Coordinator with hands-on leadership responsibilities in overseeing construction day-to-day operations. Work closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure quality and safety on site.
In this role, you will support the Site Superintendent by managing carpentry crews and coordinating all construction activities. You'll leverage your carpentry expertise while maintaining project schedules and addressing quality standards. The position calls for effective communication and leadership as you monitor progress and promote safety practices on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise carpentry crews and subcontractors effectively
• Assist with daily management and project coordination
• Oversee framing and finishing carpentry tasks
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and codes
• Conduct site inspections and identify safety concerns
Requirements:
• Red Seal Carpenter or equivalent experience preferred
