The Lead Business Analyst / Digital Strategy Lead is responsible for ensuring that deliverables are business-driven and decision-ready. This role translates organizational missions, policy drivers, and operational realities into clear business goals, scope boundaries, requirement strategies, and roadmap decisions. The Lead BA focuses on the rapid synthesis of existing inputs, assumption validation, and business impact analysis to enable informed decision-making.
