Job Description Summary
The Building Operations Lead Hand is a position within the service line of operation and maintenance services of Contractors. The Building Operations Lead Hand will direct work and train a team of building operators and others as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to all calls as directed by the Honeywell Help Desk, and Honeywell Facility Manager or designate. Prioritize activities to complete work as scheduled and in a timely manner and refer major problems, either mechanical, technical or tenant relations to Honeywell Facility Manager for assistance. Maintain all service tools and equipment in good working condition and arrange for repair or replacement as required.
