Job Description:
A Lead BIM Coordinator is required oversee a small team of technicians to work on several Mechanical and Electrical projects within the building services industry.
Typical projects include but not limited to healthcare, hospitals, retail outlets and commercial schemes to name a few.
Candidates must have solid experience working in the building services engineering industry in a design environment and have a demonstrable understanding of building services installations.
