- Align your team with the product and technical objectives and to keep a healthy communication flow with the Head of Platform and other internal stakeholders
- Support the business with providing clarity on deliverables tied with your team milestones

- Be responsible to assist your team with different career paths, that are aligned with the teams objectives that fall under GiG’s OKRs
