Job Description
The Lead Behavioral Technician works with the BCBA to develop programs, goals, care plans, and other materials for clients. Additionally, the Lead Behavioral Technician will also participate in training new Behavioral Technicians and supporting existing Behavioral Technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention to children with Autism and other behavioral disorders in the home and school setting as outlined by the Behavioral Change Plan
+ Develops and creates programs, goals, materials, and BCP for clients with the supervision of BCBA
+ Develops and creates training and educational materials for use by other Technicians with the supervision of a BCBA
+ Trains new technicians; offers support and shadows as necessary
+ Provides job-specific direction and guidance to other Technicians
+ Serves as a mentor to Technicians when struggling with or seeking advice about...
