Drive advanced automation at JLL as a Lead Automation Control Systems Manager, focusing on optimizing industrial processes and warehouse equipment through expert control systems. Your role is key to enhancing efficiency and performance.
In this position, you will oversee automation engineering, ensuring compliance with safety and company protocols while leading a dedicated team. You'll design control systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve automated operations. Your strategic collaboration with operations teams will optimize material handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the site technical expert on automation
• Mentor and develop team skills and objectives
• Design, build, and optimize automation control systems
• Oversee documentation and change management
• Provide troubleshooting and vendor coordination support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with PLCs and programming
