- Cloud & infrastructure expertise: You bring in-depth knowledge of cloud architectures, IT infrastructures and modern operating processes (e.g. GitOps) to perfectly combine sovereignty requirements with the operating modes of the public cloud.
- Analytical thinking: You capture complex technical, procedural and legal matters at lightning speed, structure them logically and independently derive the next concrete action steps and improvements.
- Cooperative leadership: You lead and inspire people with a cooperative and convincing style - regardless of whether they are subordinate to you in terms of discipline or you work with them on a purely technical basis.
- Project management: You manage projects confidently and successfully lead them to their goal within the framework conditions specified by you.
