Job Description
We are looking for an individual with development experience who is capable of working in a support role. The Application Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. This role provides day‑to‑day production and UAT support, delivers BAU enhancements and minor development, manages user access, and ensures compliance with IT risk and security requirements. The role works closely with business users, vendors, and offshore teams to support ongoing operations and new initiatives.

- Provide day‑to‑day production and UAT support, responding to user enquiries, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
