As the AI Program Lead, you will report to the CTO and oversee critical AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments. This role requires expertise in strategic program management, enabling the organization to adopt AI effortlessly while monitoring project health and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end execution of AI initiatives across departments
• Establish program governance including milestones and risk management
• Proactively manage project blockers and communicate impacts
• Lead the development of AI infrastructure and standards
• Facilitate alignment meetings for executive stakeholders weekly
Requirements:
• 5+ years in program management or technology operations
