As the Founding Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in enhancing Docufy AI's technical evolution. With a focus on architecture, backend systems, and AI platform development, you will write code, mentor engineers, and guide the team’s growth. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and customer success teams to establish engineering best practices and high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical architecture and engineering roadmap
• Lead development of AI-powered document intelligence solutions
• Design scalable cloud-native infrastructure
• Build LLM pipelines and orchestration services
• Improve platform security, reliability, and performance

• Expertise in Large Language Models and backend development
