We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and deliver impactful AI solutions that solve real business problems. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, working across teams to turn data into scalable, production-ready outcomes.

You’ll lead the development of end-to-end AI/ML solutions — from idea through to deployment — ensuring they are robust, scalable, and deliver real value. You’ll collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams while helping shape best practices and uplift capability across the organisation.
