Job Description
Landing in Mexico City is seeking a Lead, Reservation Sales to head a team of Reservation Sales Specialists responsible for converting inbound demand into booked nights and long‑term members. This metrics‑driven role owns the team’s performance end‑to‑end: pipeline health, follow‑ups, call quality, conversion, and output.
