The role requires a BEng or MEng in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience in hardware design, preferably within the aerospace or defense industries. Key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, conducting design reviews, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Strong proficiency in Altium is essential, and familiarity with standards such as DO-160 and MIL-STD is needed.
