**This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located in downtown Dallas at AT&T HQ. Relocation is not offered for this position.**

Strategically analyze healthcare and other employee benefits and human resources data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, thereby driving informed decision-making and optimizing health plan performance.
