Key Responsibilities
Contact warm leads to verify interest, gather basic client information, and prepare leads for sales agents.
Qualify leads based on underwriting criteria and product suitability.
Maintain high contact rates and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Update CRM systems with accurate lead notes, outcomes, and next steps.
Capture client information, quotations, and policy details with 100% accuracy.
Assist sales agents with administrative tasks (quotes, amendments, follow‑ups).
Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and properly stored.
Support onboarding of new policies and ensure smooth handover to underwriting.
Adhere to FAIS, POPIA, TCF, and company compliance standards.
Ensure correct disclosures and compliance scripts are followed during warm‑up calls.
