Job Description
Role Purpose
The role provides significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the tower (platform, database, middleware, backup) and manages day‑to‑day operations.
Responsibilities Provide support in architecture planning, migration and installation for new projects within the tower. Lead structural and architectural design of platform, middleware, database and backup solutions to meet system requirements. Conduct technology capacity planning based on current and future requirements. Strategise and implement disaster recovery and backup plans. Manage day‑to‑day operations, troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis and develop fixes. Plan and manage upgrades, migrations, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration. Review tower performance, fine‑tune, improve efficiency and reduce challenges. Develop shift roster to ensure continuous delivery.
