Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to support an exploration drilling program in the Meekatharra region. This is a short-term contract through to Christmas 2026, with the potential to commence as early as next week.

About the Role

  • Support aircore, RC and diamond drilling programs
  • Process and prepare drill samples
  • Maintain accurate sample records and data using Microsoft Excel
  • Assist with general field and camp duties
  • Communicate regularly with geologists and supervisors
  • Follow all site safety procedures and help manage field-based risks

    • About You

  • More than six months’ AC, RC or diamond drill-processing experience
  • Previous exploration or rig-based field experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
