Job Description

ProductLife Group is hiring Learning & Development Lead for curating and developing engaging content for soft skills and generic training needs, aligned with organizational learning objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Content Creation & AI Learning:

  • Develop AI-based training videos on HR topics using tools such as Heygen and Canva

  • Support creation of engaging and effective learning materials

    • LMS Administration:

  • Manage and administer LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Workday)

  • Ensure smooth operation, tracking, and reporting of learning activities

    • Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and e-learning sessions

  • Handle logistics, training materials, and participant communication

    • Training Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs
