We have been placing client satisfaction and a love of well‑done work at the heart of our concerns for over 130 years. To complete our Legal team, we are looking for a Lawyer holding the Swiss attorney’s patent, willing to work 80–100% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Management of lease and rent procedures (Conciliation Commission, Tribunal, Court of Justice) including drafting legal pleadings and representing in hearings.
- Management of all other types of procedures (bankruptcies, lifting of seizures, etc.).
- Internal coordination of these procedures with other departments and providing support to other property‑management departments (legal advice, drafting assistance).
- Information and advice to landlord clients.
- Preparation of yield calculations (absolute method) and relative calculations (relative method).
