Position Summary:
The Laundry Manager oversees the operations of the laundry department, ensuring the efficient and effective processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. This role involves managing staff, implementing standard operating procedures, and maintaining standards of cleanliness and quality control. The Laundry Manager plays a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting overall success of the hotel's operations.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow.
- Supervise and train staff, including scheduling and feedback
- Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections
- Manage inventory levels and minimize waste
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and coordinate repairs
