Launch Product Development Engineer (El Salto)

As a Product Development Launch Engineer, you will support new product launches and manufacturing readiness for Molex's high-speed connector and cable systems serving big data and hyperscale customers.

You will partner cross-functionally to ensure designs are manufacturable, production lines are ready, and launches progress smoothly through the NPI process—while helping resolve technical issues that impact performance, quality, and timing.

Our Team

You will join the DSS-CSBU organization supporting IO External Cables, working closely with a cross‑functional network including DPE, AQP, NPD Sourcing, Indirect Sourcing, TPM, PJM, Product Management, and MPE.
