Job Description
Position Tittle: Launch Manager
Reports to: Director Advanced Manufacturing
Work Location: Arteaga, Coahuila, Mexico
Manage new product introduction (NPI) launch activities to ensure efficient and on-time project execution. Analyze and validate project budgets, manufacturing costs, labor allocation, and the design and implementation of manufacturing systems to meet corporate quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering Department to ensure the successful, on‑time launch of new programs while supporting business profitability.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and implement efficient manufacturing processes aligned with corporate objectives.
