Job Description
Launch and Project Manager
As Project Launch Manager, you are responsible for leading Project Management on the IAS Site in Saltillo, ensuring smooth new product and process launches until hand over to series production. You develop and follow up the master timing- and action plan for new launch activities, coordinate with global and local functions, and ensure key milestones are achieved. You work in line with company objectives and have an understanding of automotive new launches, including Quality, Production, and Supply Chain deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and follow the master timing and action plan for new launches assigned to Saltillo
- Lead on-site New Launch project teams with cross-functional representatives (MS, Quality, Supply Chain, Production)
- Act as the interface between the local Saltillo team and Engineering and Industrialization teams in Warren (US) and Brunico (Italy)
